Live Oak Conservation Easement
Protected in perpetuity from development and designated an MRCA conservation easement, this 1/4 acre decomposed granite hillside features regionally-specific native plants grown from local seed stock, providing both appropriate habitat for wildlife as well as erosion control benefits. 200 linear feet of timber garden wall wraps around the steep slope and supports coast bush sunflower, showy penstemon, white sage, monkeyflower, and other perennial shrubs.
