
West LA College Micro Forest
Made possible with funding from WBMWD’s Turf Replacement Rebate program, this 3,000 square foot micro forest in LA features more than 200 native plants, all grown locally from regional seeds in partnership with Nature Nexus Institute. Enhancing the micro forest is an additional planting of 175 coastal sage scrub plants and a seasonal wildflower meadow.
